what's involved?
What’s Involved?
It’s simple, easy, and low time commitment:
🟢 Day 1 (About 30 minutes)
Come to our office for a consent form, a quick “skip-fall” balance test, and receive a wearable patch (either treatment or placebo). You'll retake the balance test after it's applied.
🟢 Days 2–7
Wear the patch daily at home for one week. That’s it—no extra visits.
🟢 Final Visit (About 15 Minutes)
Come back for one last balance assessment.
🟢 Get Paid

Optima Study
Metabolism evaluation
we have a second study evaluating a non-invasive, non-medicated topical therapy on resting metabolism
WHO CAN VOLUNTEER?
any one ages 18-85
Medical restrictions: pregnancy, narcotic use, pacemaker
what is involved?
One study session on either March 28 or April 4, 2026.
All participants get a $20 Amazon gift card for completing the study.
The test involves a non-invasive measurement of your resting metabolic rate, then a patch will be applied. Wait 45 minutes and then metabolic rate remeasured. Total time is about 90 minutes.
